Job Summary: The Research Assistant supports the execution of certain aspects of a research project after the research design is established with minimal supervision. Performs other duties as needed. This full-time job with benefits is to support the grant "A Multi-Component Intervention to Strengthen Families and Build Youth Resilience." This study is about ACEs (adverse childhood experiences) and evaluating physician training to improve family health outcomes. Some responsibilities include: Recruit participants for the study and conduct research visits. Analyze data collected at the research visits and referrals from pediatricians. Meet with some of our community partners. This job is a good fit for someone with interests in pediatrics, psychology, and/or epidemiology. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in related science fields required. Minimum seven years of experience accepted in lieu of degree. Minimum one year of research experience required.

Knowledge of quality, research regulatory requirements. Able to distinguish colors as necessary; hear sufficiently for general conversation in person and on the telephone, and identify and distinguish various sounds associated with the workplace; see adequately to read computer screens, and written documents necessary to the position.
