POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Sales Representative based remotely in the Greater Boston area. This individual is responsible for the overall sales and profitability in the territory by developing a sales strategy to drive profit growth, maximize satisfaction of customers, and develop a consistent line of repeat business that delivers opportunities for expanded growth.

HIRING SALARY RANGE:Base Salary$85,000 - $100,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)Plus a generous Sales Incentive Compensation. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop a territory and account plans to manage general contractors, glazers, and end users in the assigned area
  • Work closely with other sales staff by attending customer meetings on site and via phone
  • Collaborate with dormakaba employees to capture planned maintenance agreements after new product installations
  • Manage opportunities and forecasts in the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Maintain current technical product-related knowledge and stay abreast of industry/territory trends

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • High school diploma
  • Territory travel as required -up to 50%+ (including training and business meetings).

WHAT WE PREFER

  • Associate's, Bachelor's, or Technical degree.
  • 5+ years of industry experience/automatic door knowledge
  • Construction materials experience selling to glass houses/glazers or general contractors.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce)
