Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join our Data Operations & Architecture team. If you have experience in the Real World Data/Life Sciences industry and and excel at working with internal and external stakeholders, we would love to talk with you!

This position can be performed remote or near any Clarivate office in the US or Toronto

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, Public Health, Epidemiology, or other relevant disciplines.
  • 6-7 years of industry experience with US healthcare data
  • Minimum 6-7 years of experience working with transaction level healthcare claims databases using SQL.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex analyses to non-clinical and non-technical audiences in a way that showcases RWD knowledge
  • Willingness to learn new tools and methods in order to deliver best-in-class results.

It would be great if you also had...

  • Minimum 4 years of experience working with life sciences companies
  • Masters or PhD degree, or graduate-level research/analytical experience using Real World Data

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Develop new best in class RWD product features based on stakeholder feedback
  • Act as technical point of contact for clients and support customer uses cases with subject matter expertise
  • Ensure smooth processing and delivery of client data
  • Work closely with product stakeholders, sales, and engineers to understand data and delivery requirements, ensure alignment with business goals, and communicate updates effectively
  • Follow organizational processes & best practices, and delivers projects while ensuring client satisfaction
