What you'll do:

As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you'll work as part of the Total Rewards team to help develop and administer company-wide compensation programs. This includes programs like base salary structure, annual compensation review, and various short and long-term compensation components. In partnership with the HR team, this position will leverage consultative, analytic, and influencing skills to execute compensation initiatives.

What we are looking for:

  • Supports the Compensation Manager in the development, deployment, and administration of compensation plans that are supportive of organizational strategies and compliant with company practice, federal, state, and local compensation and payroll ordinances and Bank regulatory requirements ensuring Bank compliance.
  • Participates in pay structure and grading, policy and guideline interpretation, job evaluation and descriptions, annual compensation planning exercises, annual review and pay increase process, base salary structure and short-term and long-term components, and new hire pay recommendations.
  • Conducts benchmarking analysis using external market surveys and ad-hoc market pricing analysis; develops and documents procedures to streamline processes.
  • Maintains long-term incentive program including equity grants, equity vesting, and dividend payments.
  • Supports compensation program communications and employee informational materials such as total compensation statements, supervisor guides, and training materials; partners with Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS teams on compensation system updates.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; high school diploma required
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards, and practices.
  • Intermediate knowledge of compensation programs
