Alluma-a Pharmacy Benefits Illuminator that operates collaboratively with clients, working alongside them to identify opportunities for optimizing their benefits programs and promoting improved health outcomes.

Summary:

In this role, you will oversee and execute small to mid-sized projects such as small matrix facilities andsource systems to support Alluma, a Pharmacy Benefits Illuminator. In addition, you will provide administrative support to the Vice President and General Manager of Alluma. You will work independently to meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities to achieve high levels of productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively collaborate to drive participation of the project team.

  • Leverage available tools and templates to develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.

  • Support project or portfolio governance to effectively manage and monitor performance.

  • Communicate project expectations, updates, and potential risks to team members and stakeholders, which may include leadership, while providing appropriate resolution and recommendations.

  • Track and update project plans and budgets for assigned projects.

  • Forecast resource allocation and ensure accuracy of financials per reconciliation standards.

  • Identify and propose additional needs for project governance metrics and reporting.

  • Help identify process improvement opportunities in the development and execution of projects and project plans by routinely analyzing results and offering proactive improvement recommendations.

  • Manage logistics, communications and administrative tasks such as calendaring, travel arrangements, analyzing reports, creating power point presentations, and meeting follow-up, etc.

  • Assist with calendar management, travel, board meeting planning and preparation (i.e., Anticipate pre-meeting needs, conduct research, prepare materials) and expense management.

  • Work closely with Administrative Services to facilitate communication and ensure timely and efficient information flow. Build and foster working relationships within division and across the enterprise.

Qualification:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience managing projects and providing executive support in a corporate environment required.

  • Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), PBM Operations or PBM Implementation Project Management experience required.

  • PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma Certification desired.

  • Experience with Board Meeting preparation and planning preferred.

  • Collaborative team player who exhibits personal accountability and can independently manage projects from conception to completion.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point).

  • Ability to use data and analytics to identify areas of opportunity and support projects.

  • Detail-oriented with strong written, interpersonal, presentation, communication, and group facilitation skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and results-oriented environment.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$68,500.00 - $99,400.00
