Responsibilities

As a Product Data Integrity Group Leader, you will:

    Manage administrative details and career development for group members
  • Maintain cognizance of group member activity and address issues
  • Convey relevant information from management to group members
  • Conduct performance evaluations of group members
  • Maintain awareness of staffing requirements, write job requisitions (responsibilities and required qualifications) for hiring as required, review and disposition incoming resumes, conduct interviews
  • Serve as Lead Subject Matter Expert for 3DX Change Management
  • Manage updates to Quality Management System documentation for Configuration Management such as the Draper CM Plan 486285, its lower level procedures, and associated training materials
  • Conduction familiarization and training sessions regarding Configuration/Change Management
  • Manage execution of the Program Deliverables process
  • Monitor processing of Trident XML data delivery acceptances by group members in TGIN Deployed Systems
  • Monitor usage of MRTA tracking database and address issues

Qualifications

Required Qualifications are:

  • Detailed understanding of Configuration Management principles and practices, including Draper CM Plan 486285 and Trident CM Plan OD 64801
  • Working knowledge of 3DX Change Management, familiarity with 3DX Issue Management
  • Working knowledge of Visio
  • Working knowledge of Jira ticketing and workflow
  • Familiarity with tasks associated with maintenance and upgrades of 3DX servers, 3DX database, and 3DX application
  • Familiarity with DD 1423 CDRLs
  • Familiarity with Trident Tool/License management
  • Familiarity with Trident data reporting requirements (multiple volumes of WS 27987), XML schemas, XML data, and XML tool (Altova XMLSpy); familiarity with TGIN Deployed Systems
  • Familiarity with Quality Management principles and practices
  • Expertise conceptualizing, designing, creating, maintaining, and updating database applications with Microsoft Access
