What we need...
A leader in our Conversions team to oversee a staff of analysts responsible for developing defined data specifications and programming for client conversions and mergers. This team defines and verifies software solutions that meet the business needs of COCC and our client financial institutions. The manager interacts with management from other departments to assure the company's successful delivery of services.

What you'll do
Lead, mentor and inspire a group of analysts with varying levels of skills and experiences as they define software solutions that meet the needs of our clients
What you'll bring...
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 7 years related banking or financial services experience
Previous supervisory experience
Proficiency with Agile SDLC methods
Experience with client/server concepts, relational databases, project planning and tracking
Outstanding oral/written communication skills; ability to interact with various levels of staff and management
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, equations and permutations to problems and mathematical operations tasks as amortizations, schedules, frequency distributions, internal rates of return, analyses of variance and correlation techniques
The salary range for this position is $102000-160000 annually
