About the Opportunity:

The Product Analyst will play a critical and strategic role in the growth of our product verticals (e.g., All Access, On Demand, Business Address, Value Added Products & Services, etc.) by developing analyses and recommendations to help the team make better data driven decisions, designing experiments to increase engagement and retention, leveraging data findings in communications both within the product team and across the organization, operationalizing pilot programs inclusive of manual processes, goal setting and performance measurement, and identifying and quantifying opportunities for future product improvements. This individual should have 3-5 years of experience ideally working in product or quantitative analytics and have both hard and soft skills, facility with data analytics, and a track record of cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

As a successful Product Analyst you will be expected to:

  • Develop, analyze, and monitor KPIs that inform the success of products

  • Build and refine dashboards to track performance

  • Improve business forecasting for existing/new products & markets

  • Identify high-potential areas to improve the member experience

  • Develop and execute tests to validate our hypotheses

  • Use data to drive product and user insights

  • Serve as a cross-functional resource between (but not limited to):

    • Product

    • Marketing

    • Operations

    • Sales

Core Skill Set / Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a product or quantitative analytics role

  • Process-oriented; comfortable with managing and working on various work streams across different parts of the organization

  • Mastery with SQL

  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker and/or Amplitude preferred)

  • Mastery of Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and/or Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

  • Ability to work with highly complex datasets and distill key findings and recommendations

  • A clear communicator, who is comfortable in conducting meetings with multiple stakeholders

  • Proven experience helping organize and provide direction for multiple teams and departments

  • Highly Innovative problem solver: possessing strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational, and project planning skills, and demonstrating ability to meet aggressive deadlines

  • Naturally curious and proactive in learning

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $90,000 - $120,000

Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.

Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including 20 days of PTO, approximately 10 paid holidays, 80 hours of paid sick leave, 16 weeks paid parental leave, competitive healthcare benefits, Life & AD&D insurance.
