  • Get involved with challenging projects in management, process, and IT consulting with a focus on discrete manufacturing
  • Conduct workshops and consult, design, and lead innovative SAP DM (DMC)and SAP ME (Manufacturing Execution)implementations
  • Act in a functional consulting role for analysis, design, conception, prototyping, realization, testing, rollout, and support
  • Design concepts to process data and overall architecture to enable digital production.
  • Define,designand configureintegration to otherSAP modules (specifically SAP PP, QM, PM, IM, EWM, MII, PCo)
  • Prepare functional specifications for development work
  • Conduct functional testing to ensure accurate configuration and development.
  • Assume partial projectmanagementresponsibility
  • Prepare process flows /training documents and execute training of our client's business owners and users
  • Create long-term relationships with clients
  • Identify and lead business development and presales activities including proofs-of-concept, demos, presentations, webinars, blog posts, RFP responses, estimations, proposals, leads & opportunities follow-up
  • Take over responsibility as (sub) project team leader
  • Achieve a strong reputation as a business advisor
QualificationsQualifications
  • At least5yearsof relevant manufacturing industry and/or consulting experience
  • Successful demonstration of business development with new and existing clients
  • At least2full SAPMEand/or SAP DM projectimplementations
  • Knowledge ofproductionplanning,productionmasterdata, MRP,shop floor order creation/tracking, shop floor quality, logistics, and plant maintenance processes
  • Ability to define SAP DM/ MEimplementation strategy, gather functional and non-functional requirements, design and prototype, test, train, define support procedures, and implement practical business solutions
  • Knowledge of SAP DM/MEsite setups, shop floor master data, shop floor execution and tracking, ERP integration, PODs, data collection (DC), genealogy, returns management, site-to-site transfer, etc
  • Knowledge of integration points of SAP DM/ MEto other SAP components
  • Profound SAP project and Go-Live experience (SAP implementation approach)
  • Experience preparing and presentingproofs-of-concept, demos,proposals, RFP responses
  • Experience preparing and presenting webinars, manufacturing events
  • Must be self-motivated and capable of working under minimal supervision of aManager
  • Must possess the necessary leadership, team building, motivation, and delegation skills to efficiently coordinate the efforts of a team toward accomplishing a common goal
  • Experience with exploiting the convergence of OT andITto drive digital transformation in manufacturing
  • Ability to recognize and evaluate client business/technical needs and establish change initiatives to meet these needs

  • Fluency in English (multi-lingual preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
