Job Description
Overview:
  • This position will be supervised by a member of the Sales & Marketing team but will be trusted with a high degree of autonomy on a day-to-day basis to complete tasks and achieve the department's goals.
  • This internship will begin as soon as possible with the potential to become full time by Summer 2022.

Qualifications:

  • Quick learner with proclivity for exploring and solving technical problems.
  • Ability to build attractive and on-brand marketing materials that produce strong conversion rates.
  • Superior written, verbal, and organizational skills.
  • Customer service orientation. Able to work productively and positively with all staff, management, vendors, residents and others to achieve objectives.
  • Skills in Microsoft Office are required. Experience with the Adobe Suite, HubSpot, and Canva are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, schedule, and send eBlasts, surveys, and drip campaigns for multiple brands across the GLM portfolio.
  • Analyze email (and other channel) performance, draw conclusions, suggest and implement improvements.
  • Assist the team in building and analyzing HubSpot workflows, properties, and more.
  • Glean the prospect databases for any residual opportunities & tighten up any loose prospect profiles.
  • Produce marketing collateral for community events (e.g. flyers for a movie night, Eventbrite registration links, etc)
  • Assist the team in any miscellaneous projects as determined by team leadership.

Working Hours & Environment:

  • Typically works 10-20 hours per week with a 20-hour maximum.
  • Potential to work remote some or most of the time as determined by supervisor.
